Over several months, I developed a three-pronged approach that encompasses ideas for long-term, sustainable programs in different areas of Formula One and Formula Racing in general.
Approach 1: Expanding the partner reach of F1 Academy
Primarily in Asia and South America
Approach 2: I created a new undergrad mechanical engineering program with new classes at four pilot universities
Approach 3: A scholarship for women from underserved communities to attend the program in partnership with F1 and Ford Motor Company
